Armrest for my chair Broke and I got these to replace my arms/hands. I saw the offer and thought it was good. I wasn't wrong. The product has held up pretty well over all the months I've used it. The height cannot be adjusted as it is fixed at the same height as the table you choose. You need to put a soft cloth over it if you're the type to hold something in your hands for long periods of time. I like the grip so it doesn't bother me that much. In general, you like to put your hand on the table, the height is ok, even if you have increased 1/4 inch and need an armrest. This will get the job done. I could see gamers using this more than in the office.
