Great, practical product. Much better than standard floor pull cables. I would recommend getting a 6 foot cable and not bothering with a 4 foot cable at all. My hitch is only 3 feet from my hitch pin, so I originally bought a 4 foot cable. But it was very tight, and I felt like the constant tension would pull the pin out of my trailer during tow. So I removed the 4 foot cable and replaced it with a 6 inch cable and it fits better. It's not as big of a difference as you might think, but it does put less strain on the stylus now. 6 inch coils only wind a few inches so extra length is not a problem. It will NOT drag on the ground. Not even close. There is not even a single cable hanging under the trailer/trailer hitch. You will both stretch tautly. I was wrong thinking that they could comfortably make 4ft and 6ft connections and in doing so they would be rolled up and a little loose so they would hang around a bit. Like I said my hitch is only 3 feet from the pin on my trailer and 4 and 6 feet are tight.
