Definitely an Arlen Ness imitation but a decent one
They seem ok even on a Japanese bike. Fully adjustable for any cable position. I have an Arlen Bevel Cut set on my other bike and wanted a cheap set to match. They are shorter than the real ones but not a bad clutch replacement for the price.
