Review on Earth's Best TenderCare Unscented Chlorine-Free Baby Wipes, 72 Count - Improved Packaging with Possible Variations by Bobbie Garrison

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The new version has 60% MATERIAL REDUCTION. Now it takes 2.5 cloths to match an original. So thin it has holes.

Like all the other reviewers I loved them and now I hate them. and takes up only about 40% of the volume. That's a material saving of 60%, meaning each wipe now contains less than half the material previously used. You need 2.5 of these to match any of the originals. This difference REALLY shows in the wipes. Now they are so thin that instead of being pressed into a solid sheet, they are pressed into a hexagonal grid with small holes and gaps. between hexagons. It has enough holes to see through and I don't mean that as a figure of speech, I mean that you can literally hold it and see through the many little holes in it what's on the other side. You will NOT use this on a baby's butt and get fecal bruises. The product is so radically different now that it's actually unfair to keep it with the same name. I don't know what data Earth's Best used in this solution, but the material savings cannot offset the cost of the lost customers. Seriously, I use them for wipes, diapers, rice cereal, groceries - they pretty much position themselves as the main supplier for all my baby stuff. Now I have to go back to wipes and after this experience wipes will probably not be the only product I will be comparing. Seriously, what happens when they start reducing the quality of other products so drastically? Especially something like baby food. Take care. It's almost enough to remind me of Hain Celestial in my stock portfolio - do all their brands work this way? UPDATE: I went with Babyganics wipes which are just as good as ever. Baby gooses feel weird, like they're too dry and have an unpleasant chemical odor. Looks like I'm going shopping again.
