Review on Carat Chiffon Flutter Sleeves Dresses Girls' Clothing by Tina Waters

My daughter chose this dress for her trunk or treat angel costume. I ordered this and another from another brand from Best Buy that looked exactly the same for comparison. This one has been made way better! For example, the lining is made of silky fabric and the other is made of fine cotton. I liked that it was simple, pretty, and much more versatile than if we were to buy the typical angel robe costume.
