Immediately had problems with this side table. First I open the box and no cam bolts. 2 sets of screws but no bolts. No problem, go to the site, order replacement screws and within a week the wrong screws will show up. No problem, I could order wrong (I don't think so), but I could. This time I call them and tell them the situation. You know exactly what I need and I should have it in a day or two. Well a week later my camshafts show up. YES, I can finally assemble my table. But wait, turns out the camshaft bolts are too short. So I called them back and now they are telling me the holes were drilled in the wrong places. They wanted to speak to the engineers and call me back. That was a week ago and still no reply. Well I got tired of waiting so I got out my trusty router and made the holes 1/4 longer and now everything works perfectly. I have never been let down by them, just bad what they gave me.
