They have helped us to understand our customers better, giving data insights which we can use for future marketing campaigns! The integration with MailChimp has been great as well because it helps in keeping up-to date of all subscribers' preferences across platforms (email & SMS).
I would like more information about their services during onboarding process so that there are no surprises once they start working together - this could be done through email or phone call? This was not mentioned at any point while signing NDA documents nor when purchasing service from them hence my concern here :) We've used demographyy's analytics products suchas Customer Segmentation toolkitand Market Insights toolswhich provide detailed insight into consumer behaviour patterns within each segment enabling marketers make informed decisions regarding product/service offerings.
