Okay so to be honest I bought this belt for a very different purpose than holding my pants. I bought this belt to use on my chair to solve a chair related issue that is causing skin loss on the back of my thighs and is just really painful and burning. let me explain. I have a very expensive Nightingale CXO 6200 hd office chair. The chair is around 10 years old and still in good condition apart from this edition which is currently ongoing. I don't want to spend another $1,100 on a chair. So my plan is to cut this fabric into equal parts and attach the two parts together as a double layer with contact glue. Once the material is completely dry, I plan on attaching it to the chair in the same way that the cushion connects to that hard plastic edge of the cushion cover. For years I've pushed a pillow onto the edge of a chair, and when it pushed, it cut my legs. Think of it like putting a bumper on a chair. patch. Barrier. I think it will add years of use. So why the bad rating? Well after I got this strap I opened it up and checked and then I buckled the buckle and I can't undo the damn thing again! This is madness. What should a man do if he uses it as a belt, has to perform certain tasks and then cannot undo the buckle? No not a great experience but as luck rarely happens to me it might work for MY needs.
