I bought this for my husband with back pain and for me with leg pain. After using it daily for a few weeks this seems to be helping. We both have less pain and I feel like it helps with circulation. The only downside I have is that the plastic block to put your feet on is uncomfortable and hard, digging into your legs from the corners of the dents. The seller knows this (the video says cover with a towel) and I can't understand why they haven't changed the design to something more comfortable. If you put a thin pillow on it, it will be much more comfortable. You should soften the last so you don't get hurt by the plastic. I will make my own pillowcase for him but it cost her a star.
