Overall I couldn't be happier! I was a bit skeptical at first but figured why not take a risk and get started! The packaging was simple but not cheap. I originally bought it for my dad but to be honest I got more use out of it lol. It does everything as described in the product description and looks even better in person. If you're ready to take it to the next level, this is definitely a must-have. If you're looking for a simple, clean look and feel, this is the best bidet for the price. The end result is more of an experience than a product purchase. I'm even considering buying another one!
