Broke on the first try!
I have used spool tools many times and all went well until I wanted to insert the spool, as soon as I inserted it and tried to remove the installation tool the ears were bent and stuck in the hole and broke off when I tried to pulling out the tool which completely destroyed the part I was trying to fix and I now have to buy a brand new one! I will never buy from these people again!
