Review on Amphipod 12 oz Hydraform Handheld Thermal Lite Insulated Runners Hydration Bottle Black: Stay Hydrated and Run Comfortably by Rob Clark

Revainrating 5 out of 5

At first I wasn't sure. now i love it

When I first got it I thought I'd buy a smaller bottle from Amphipod (poor read on my part, no seller's fault). I decided to give it a try since it was the middle of summer and I figured I could always get a smaller one for runs that aren't going to be as long. It took me a second to get used to, but now that I've been using it for a few months, I really like it. Wearing it is effortless and drinking while running is ridiculously easy. This may sound silly, but I've had issues with previous water bottles and had to stop to figure out how to open them and drink from them without spilling it all on myself. It's so easy to open and close, it feels like second nature. I've never walked away without taking it with me since I bought it. When I first ordered it I didn't think I would ever use a zip pocket. I don't use it very often, but when I need to save some (when my rings are driving me crazy) I hate using the tiny pockets my running shorts have and that's a great perk! As for water cooling, I've found that it all depends on how hot it is outside - as is the case with most bottled water. When it's 90+ outside and too humid the ice melts almost instantly (and to be honest when it's that hot I don't mind if condensation drips on me), but when it's cooler outside it stays cool for most of my run. Definitely recommend this product and plan to buy more!
