I will never buy anything from this company again. This thing leaked all over the place the first time I used it, I couldn't get it out of the house without spilling water all over the place. The handle is a nightmare for removing and putting on the cleaning bottle and the water bottle doesn't close properly. I strongly recommend not spending money on this bottle of water.

The product is exactly as I imagined. Well designed and high quality. Fits my hand well. I have a bit of a problem with leakage if the lid isn't screwed on very tightly, which may be because the hole is large (about 1.5" in diameter). I'm thinking of simple plastic bottles that tighten very securely with very little pressure, so I'm wondering why this design leaks so easily unless I put a lot of pressure on it.

The product description says it has an expandable zippered pocket to fit your ipod or phone. The case doesn't stretch and doesn't even come close to fitting the phone. When I contacted the seller with my problem, they replied that it fits the phone, not the iPhone. Well, I don't have an iPhone, but I do have a regular or small smartphone. How many people think they don't mean smartphone? That's all most people have. I don't even think a fold out bed will fit in her tiny bag.
