First, the green pixelation is due to the lack of an attached USB 3.0 port or USB 3.0 adapter cable. It must be connected directly to a USB 3.0 port and not through a USB hub. Second, if you have a transparent line that appears and moves up and down the screen, then it is because you need to reduce the frame rate from 60 to 30 in the camera settings. Unfortunately, this device does not support 60 fps. Make sure your camera settings are set to less than 60fps.2.
