The ability to send bulk email messages using our own domain is great for us! We have been able to reach out to thousands of people in hours instead of days or weeks! I wish there was an option to view reports that showed how many opened vs unopened emails were sent, but overall it's easy to use and we've seen positive results from being able to reach so many people at once. Some clients do not like the idea of Bulk Emailing their list because they feel as though spamming their subscribers is wrong. However, this isn't even possible when you purchase MaxEmail - all communications are done through your own server so no one can see what you're doing unless they access the logs.
