I am a diffuser connoisseur, and I love the look of this one! I own at least 17 different styles and sized diffusers. Some great, some good, and some not so good. This one is great, as far as looks go. It is absolutely stunning! I love the run through of the colors, although I wish you could pause it on the exact color you like. When I first ran this diffuser, I thought it was broken. First, there wasn't a big mist. Second, when it went off, I thought it would be empty. To my surprise, when I opened it, it was still almost full. I thought, something is not right here.The size is okay for small spaces and should be great for trying new scents. However, the mist output is not that strong, but you do get good scent for a while. You cannot change the the mist level and it times out at 2 hours. This is so bothersome to me. I hate having to go and restart it after it stops, or after I notice it's not running anymore. And, you have to run it about five times to actually run to empty, which may be fine for some, but after the first 2 runs, all of the oils and scent are pretty much gone and you no longer smell it in the air.It would be fine for someone using the same scent all the time. They can just add a few more drops to the water left after each run and keep the scent going. But, I like to change scents and try new blends often, so when it cuts off after 2 hours and I open it and it's still almost full, it's not good.For this diffuser, I'm not certain the best use for it for myself. I'm thinking to run 7-8 drop testers in it for two cycles and then just pour the rest out, since the oils are mostly gone after that. I hate to never run it because it's so beautiful, but it is not worth running unscented water, when you have so many lovely smelling oils.This is a beautiful diffuser. It needs to have a higher output and a setting for a high and low mist. Even though this seems like a low mist diffuser, the balance needs to be adjusted so that the oil to water ratio runs out properly and the scent stays the same throughout the entire batch. It also needs a continuous run mode. Then, it would be a 5 star diffuser, instead of a 3.5 star diffuser.
