The service is excellent, our account manager has been very helpful in all aspects related to this type of business as we are working through transition from an old system into new one that will be more efficient going forward! I have not yet had any issues or complaints about their customer support team at this time but if they ever do it would probably sound like you were calling around 3am when everyone else was trying too get some sleep :) We haven't faced many problems so far since transitioning over last year - just minor hiccups here n there which can easily resolved via email within minutes.
