Just tried this at home to make sure it works before going to the wedding and wanted it to freshen up suits and dresses. It worked great on the shirts I tried on, loud at first but then calmed down. There are sudden bursts of steam so you have to be careful with it. I haven't tried the ironing attachment yet, so I can't comment on that.
