Plugging a USB-C cable into a port does nothing. The second seems to be charging up a bit but can't handle usage, so the battery will drain over time when plugged in. The USB 3 and USB 2 ports are exceptionally slow on any charge. They only work when the device is completely powered off and charging very slowly. This is an awful product. EDIT: It turns out that the USB-C cable that came with the product is not compatible with my Google Pixel 2 or my MacBook Pro. You can use another USB-C cable to charge devices through these ports.
