I had three of these mice. The first was bought in January 2019. In April 2019, the dongle completely fell apart when I tried to unplug it from the USB port. At the time, I emailed a warranty request and it was granted. Since then I've been using its replacement on my home computer with no problems. HOWEVER, a third one was purchased in December 2020 for my work computer. In August 2021 he got serious problems with his scroll wheel. Simply put, if you scroll the wheel up or down, the direction the computer registers will randomly jump in the opposite direction. For example, if I scroll down 10 "marks" maybe seven of them will move the page down and three of them will move the page up. I have tried THREE TIMES to provide a guarantee but never received a reply. I first submitted a support request via their new ticketing system on their website. I did not get an answer. A few days later, I tried to message them on Facebook using the chat built into their website. Again nothing. A week later I emailed the original address I had received support from two years earlier. Nothing. This company is a scam. In addition to the mice I bought from them, I also have a mouse pad, two keyboards, mouse and keyboard palm rests, and a DisplayPort to HDMI cable. So far I have been very satisfied with their products. This is no longer the case and I will never buy their products again. I understand their products are cheap and the price of a $10 mouse isn't that big of a deal, but that's the point. Not only does this company promise warranties, they offer free extended warranties, and these are not honored when their products break. If this is important to you, it's best not to give them your money.
