Yes, that's why I'm very disappointed with this product, but even more so with the company. As you can see from my photo, right out of the box it was already damaged and unusable. The connector is misaligned and the cable won't even plug in (because it's not centered). I speak to customer service and am sad they can't even send me a replacement right away. You would think that for around $50 you could get a product that actually works. Very disappointed and wish the support (which I emailed) would really help me.
