Review on 🍝 Large Wooden Pasta Drying Rack by Bellemain by Darrell Ricks

It was easy to assemble and most of the bars (including the center stand) are straight. A dowel shank is slightly bent, but not so bad that it needs to be replaced. I used it last weekend when I painstakingly cooked chicken soup from scratch and then made my own pasta (really, cook broth or cook pasta, don't do both, no chicken soup is worth two days of your life!). I made about 8 batches of pasta and it all came together (even though I made my pasta insanely long, I'm still learning how). Not a big deal, but the only downside I found this time was that the portion of the pasta hanging over the pole felt partially wet, probably from being in contact with the wood. But later it dried out as soon as I removed the noodles from the stand.
