Glasses are expensive, this machine is not. I put my glasses in an ultrasonic cleaner every day when I shower. I had a device that recently stopped working after ten years. I was looking for a new block and prices have gone up a lot over the years. This device was much smaller than any other model. It's not as powerful as my old device, but it's perfect for everyday eyewear cleaning. It has been a few weeks since my glasses have not been cleaned and I could see the oil being released from the nose pads on the first use. I have very large Elvis lenses and the bottom is not fully submerged to water level, only slightly submerged and that is not a problem. It comes with wooden tongs, they are well made but I threw them away. Includes basket, divider and napkin. I don't use these items either, but nice to have. So far so good for cleaning glasses. I'll leave everything else to the rest of you.
