I should have bought this many years ago. I use 2 batteries, 1 to run the outboard and 1 to run the electronic trolling motor, plus 2 Hummingbird Helix 7 and Hummingbird, Helix 7, CHIRP MSI GPS G3N on the bow. I didn't connect them to the main engine via a battery isolator because I don't want to risk engine malfunctions. My outboard is charging my starter battery. This thing works great (invest in a NOCO GCP1 15A AC wall plug, 125V input socket, and waterproof socket with a built-in 16" outdoor extension) so all you have to do when you get back inside is to properly plug in your extension cord . Everything is taken over by the device.
