The software is simple and easy to use, the customer support is great and always willing to help, and their account management and analytics software is simply awesome! Sometimes I have to run reports manually, but that doesn’t take long if you know your data and your customers. There’s a free trial, I highly suggest checking it out. We’ve been able to reduce onboarding times and improve customer retention. I can now easily look at my clients from different states and countries. Our firm is one of many that uses the Kraken platform and we love it. The team is always willing to help and is very responsive. It can be hard to keep up with all the changes in tax law, but they do a good job of keeping you updated. We have been able to easily implement this product into our workflow without any issues. Tax planning, compliance, and reporting are what I enjoy most about working with this software.
