No instructions included. Luckily I had a good understanding of how everything should fit and work. However, I would prefer that I have reference material. The horn works perfectly and is quite loud. The wiring harness arrived safely. The tourniquet was neither too long nor too short to be misplaced. A very important note: The horn is designed for operation with 12 volt (DC) electricity. My golf cart uses 6.6 volt batteries. To make the 12 volt horn work with 6 volt batteries, do the following: simply connect the white (thicker wire) to the positive terminal of one of the batteries and the other (thinner black wire) to the negative terminal the other battery. You are now connected to 2 different 6V batteries (6+6=12). The horn may still work if all connections are made with a single 6V battery, but you will be disappointed with the sound results. I hope this helps someone out there.
