Nice. REALLY good

I've had problems with these 'bulbs' in the past - they start to flicker after a while (from what I've read this is due to heat issues). I had an extra bulb from my first LED conversion that was never used so I installed it and one of them side by side in the fixture. Of course, the new building also started to flicker after a while, but not this one. Considering the design and small size, I'm hoping that heat dissipation will be much better with this device (at least it has been so far). . They're bright, compact (smaller than a standard 192 bulb), and a great upgrade.
