I took them on vacation to Seattle and rode electric scooters at night and had a lot of fun. This makes you visible to cars, cyclists and pedestrians and makes you feel safer. I put them straight into a suitcase and they passed airport security with no problems. I tried wearing them jogging in South Carolina in the summer and I usually sweat a lot and I don't think they handle a lot of sweat well. One of the strips looked like it had been faded from sweat and also looked like moisture had collected inside the strip. They were comfortable when walking and didn't feel like they would shift or fall off. I would recommend them for light exercise, walks etc at night as long as it's not raining. There are no instructions on how to replace the battery, but it looks like tweezers or needle nose pliers would do the trick, and it's probably a regular battery.
