For use with cardio equipment

I walk 5-4 miles 5 times a week. I wanted to increase the number of calories burned. I started with a few sandbags but had to put them down every time I needed to touch my iwatches or drink water. I've been looking for a month but all I found was 1lb, 2lb. glove type. Which would have been helpful but I needed 3lbs (for each arm). Use the movements of the arms and waist while walking. I almost doubled the number of calories burned. A typical walk burns an average of 340 calories, plus 3 pounds of gloves on my walk burns 525 calories. When I get more coordinated. I can add some shadow boxing. I mentioned the great price, solid construction, and very fast shipping (a few bucks).
