I bought this with doubts. When I unpacked it and tried to assemble it, I had concerns about the stability. But since I've already used it about 5 times with my new fryer lid, I'm more than convinced. That's great. Ideal! I can arrange french fries, falafel, etc. on narrow shelves. They are thoughtfully placed, but you also have the option of using fewer shelves if you have taller items. And it doesn't fall apart when I take it fully loaded to put it in a stainless steel liner. It also cools down quickly, making it easier to remove food after cooking. DO NOT turn fries individually in the oven! Space for generous portions for two. If you have a large family this can be a problem. But I believe all fryers have space limitations. Not the fault of those fabulous shelves!
