The feedback system is user friendly.It allows you to see exactly what people think about your product, so that every customer feels valued even if they don't buy from you again right away! It also has an easy way of collecting their email address upon completion of surveys which helps me get new customers quicker. I have used other similar services but this one seems to be more personalised than others for example it can show stats for individual product pages rather than all products listed on website at once, however I am able to edit these myself now with another service. Make sure you give enough time for them to take the survey before making any assumptions or judgements because you might just surprise yourself. My business runs like clockwork thanks to this app!! It's very easy to use, it has an amazing collection of questions that will help you understand your customers better. The reports are also quite useful for us as well since we can see where our clients need improvements in their website design or content. I would recommend this product if you're looking for something simple but effective! We have been able to gather feedback from our users about how they feel about certain aspects of our products and services with ease using these surveys.
