So for starters it took me nearly a couple weeks to get this coat. The first shipment was damaged and returned to the shipper. And I had to wait for the refund to repurchase the product. Instead of them just shipping me a new one. I finally got the product a couple weeks later. And I was told to order a couple sizes larger. And this coat is definitely quite larger then I wanted. But other than that. It is very comfortable and keeps me warm. My only complaint is the fur hood. Looks very "Road killish". So therefore I will rate this 4 stars. 5 stars if the coat fit as the description said it would have. And if the fur on the hood looked like the product description.
