This Cobra PX880 Pro business radio is a very useful piece of equipment that works well. The package includes rechargeable batteries, charging station, micro USB cable with two charging pins (plus connector) and belt clips. You have to unscrew the battery cover for each walkie-talkie and plug in the battery, but other than that it's pretty much plug and play. The tricky part of this was actually turning the top rotary switch to "ON" which was very tight. My husband needed the elastics to really twist the tops to make them twist the first time but there was no problem after that. The main criticism I have of this set is that the build (like the stuck dial) and materials (seem to be very light) are more toy quality than shop quality. However, they actually work very well in the field and we can use them very smoothly with line of sight across our entire block from our house. Even with houses in between, the interference is sporadic and minimal, which is why I find it very useful to use with my kids when they go out in the neighborhood.
