Throw the back 10 screws for replacement without rust. The filling hole looks a bit odd, almost crooked, but it doesn't leak. I smeared the threads with black RTV and tightened them until they were snug. Used a Fel-Pro gasket, lightly smeared RTV Black on the flange and new bolts, looks good, no leaks. I wanted to paint, but the spare tire covers half of it and it's almost imperceptible. I would love to have a drain hole but to be honest it will be another 7 years before it becomes important to me.
