2009 F150 5.4: Changed spark plugs to 100k and I wanted to find the right spark plug boot for the job. I read many reviews of different products from other brands and they all seemed to have a flaw. This one seemed to have the fewest problems, so I went with it. The socket itself worked great. It's a good depth and I didn't need additional extensions on most cylinders (although I did on a few). The problem arose for me in the middle of work when the damn rubber plug fell out of the socket without my knowledge and then got stuck between the plug and the wall. It took me half an hour with lock picks to get this thing out (it was REALLY wedged in there) which was almost half the time wasted. I could never get the insert to stay after that, defeating half the purpose of the spark plug socket in the first place. Would I buy it again if I knew what I know now? Probably no. However, if you are aware of this problem in time and pay attention to it, you can save yourself the trouble I have encountered.
