Good at first. This case looks and feels really luxurious. Also, this is the best grip of any Apple iPhone leather case I've had. Now for the bad. First, the bottom of my iPhone keeps popping out of the case on both the bottom left and bottom left. In this case, I can't connect some of the lightning cables because the phone will be elevated far enough in case the lower position of the case physically and visually blocks the charging port. Now I usually check EVERY DAY and put the phone back in the case. I currently have two different iPhone 12 Pros with two different color leather cases and they both have this issue. When the phone is lifted out of the case, it has no lip protection when placed face down on a table. Also, I'm worried that the phone might pop out completely, which could cause it to fall. I do not treat my phones roughly in any way and I do not carry phones in my pockets. I've had previous Apple leather cases on other phones without this issue. In addition, this case is too expensive. Update 1/30/21: I requested an exchange and the Revain process was very easy and I received a new case in Saddle Brown within two days and used my phone in the new case for a day each day. Day. I am happy to report that the new case fits much better and the corners of the phone no longer pop out so I am very happy with both the case and the Revain replacement process. It solved my problem and gave me confidence. I've increased my rating to 4 stars because I now live on one thing that fits. I didn't give it 5 stars because I had to go through the initial frustration and inconvenience of having two different ill fitting cases on two different phones. Ultimately, I highly recommend this product, but be aware of potential fit issues at the corners of some cases, where you keep sliding your phone back into the case to protect the edge of your lips.
