The mattress inflates quickly with the included inflation tool. It features a pair of inflatable blocks that can be placed under the mattress between the front and rear seats to prevent you from falling into the rear passenger's footwell. The included cushions help position the mattress to be comfortable enough in the back seat. We used this in a 2015 F150 Supercab and had some pretty good results. It's not perfect, but it's cheap and I'm not sure what they could do to improve the generally uncomfortable experience of sleeping in the back seat of a car beyond what this product offers.
