Very nice, strong bag. I like the flat bottom because it keeps the bag upright. Pockets have good zippers; good length shoulder strap. The downside (and I'm just throwing in my 2 cents because ALL of these bag makers seem to do this): The internal pockets are too small/short to be useful. It would be great to be able to put your phone in this pocket but it keeps falling out. It would be 5 stars if they changed it. Confession: I gave this bag away because it was a bit small for me. I carry a lot of things for work with me (thermos, books, sundries, etc.) and just didn't have enough space. So I took a size up in another bag and loved it. But I still gave it 4 stars because the problem isn't with the bag, it's that I'm carrying too many things with me.
