Strap pulled out of pocket on one side on first use. They called my flight and it broke when I picked it up. I had to deal with it the whole trip. For me the perfect travel bag. Light, spacious, with many pockets, but apparently quite weak. I didn't even have water bottles in my side pockets. Disappointing.

I bought a big one! This is a really good holdall. I carried it over my shoulder all day and it didn't cause me any extra shoulder pain. I liked having two separate large compartments with a skipper. One held all my travel documents and full size magazines and nothing got crushed! The other side helps me during the day, sunglasses etc. I kept my phone in the other zip part and there were more parts for small items and also another long zip part in the back! Very nice, strong bag. I like the flat bottom because it keeps the bag upright. Pockets have good zippers; good length shoulder strap. The downside (and I'm just throwing in my 2 cents because ALL of these bag makers seem to do this): The internal pockets are too small/short to be useful. This is super light and perfect for me as I have neck issues from arthritis and fibromyalgia. I love all bags! I use 2 small front pockets for every set of keys I have. Large phone pocket in front and extra space. There is another large pocket on the back and an inside zip pocket. Oh all outside pockets are zipped so very secure as is a large zipped top. UPDATE: I use it every day and I confess I love it. Ease of use is excellent, pockets are easy to reach. The cracking isn't that bad and I don't notice it anymore. Upgrade to 4 stars. The pockets are a little smaller than expected but the overall size is good. I wanted something smaller than my Baggallini so I wouldn't be tempted to lug around too many things. I wanted a lightweight bag with long straps that I can carry over my shoulder when needed, dark color (black), with lots of pockets, and that would be reasonably waterproof if I got caught in the rain.
