Review on Premium Non-Slip Balance Pad For Stability Training And Physical Therapy by Sean Moran

The sturdiness and durability of this pad does not match what I experienced at my physical therapists center (same brand) but it is reasonably durable. I gave just 3 stars for this product because the dimensions of 19.6 x 16 in the advertisement do not match what I received. I received 18 x 15. The customer service people I was exchanging emails with at Airex would not provide an explanation for the difference between advertised dimensions and the actual that I received. They did, however, offer me a discount as result of the discrepancy, which I accepted and kept the pad.
