This item gives you peace of mind that your trailer is safe. At least from the fact that someone will pull up and drive away with your trailer in a few seconds. It will take some time and heavy equipment to remove this lock. Your customer service is top notch. The one I received was a bit loose for my liking so when I called they told me how to adjust it or if I wanted to send it back, they did it for me. Then they came by to make sure I was happy and that the lock fit. For the price, I wouldn't say this is for your $500 utility trailer, but it's definitely something I wanted to protect my RV.
