I was too excited to get this laundry cart when I ordered it. Direct swindle. You know you're grown up when you like a laundry sorter. I used to have a three basket laundry sorter, and when one of the baskets was full, I'd put the clothes in one of those little "pop-up" baskets and take them to the laundry to dump in the washing machine. That being said, there was the prospect of just pulling the bag out rather than emptying it into a separate basket to take to my laundry. And did I get the ironing board on top? Wasaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa? Yes, I was excited. And you know what? It works! I've sorted, rolled and ironed the laundry in it and here's what I find: - It actually rolls up a lot better than I expected. I had to roll it out of the closet to iron and it was smooth. I was impressed! My husband put it together for me and wasn't impressed with the quality, but I find it to be quite sturdy and MUCH stronger than my old sorter. The wheels are solid and of much better quality than my old sorter. - Ironing board - no complaints, works perfectly. Wider than a standard ironing board, which can be comfortable for some things and probably less comfortable for others. But so far I love it! - Garbage can. here I think some improvements could be made. I appreciate the mesh sides of the bags and the fabric they are made from. Definitely designed for potentially wet laundry. And I also love that this one is gray and not some other laundry carts I've looked at that have cream colored baskets. I thought they would show the color faster. However, I want the containers to have some shelf life, like my old "pop-up" container, so they hold their shape a bit. When you remove the laundry from it, it just crumples a little, which can make it difficult to pull out the last few pieces of laundry from underneath. And the handles aren't really attached in any way, so if the bag gets crumpled, the handle tends to slip out of the loops, and I have to rearrange them when I'm done emptying the bin. I'm thinking of sewing them permanently somehow and maybe sewing some sort of piping down the sides of the bins so they hold their shape better on their own and also make it easier to deflate, but I really hadn't thought of the possibility of this. Bye. Without these two flaws I would have given the car five stars. Not sure if it was $65 but still better than my old sorting cart that fell apart after years of use. I hope that this lasts just as long and that I can work out some solutions to my complaints.
