I researched all swivel car seats and settled on this one because it wasn't prohibitively expensive compared to some others and it was a dream to use! My son feels comfortable in it and can easily get into the car without banging his head on the door frame or bending down to buckle it up. I have two older daughters so I know of alternatives and it's a dream come true! The base's security features have improved over the years and I like that it's very strong. My only downside is that the SUV seat is fixed to slide back and forth, but because of the seat belt buckle (if you decide to use one) the seat can't move. but we just use the other side of the car for that. I love it! We have it in blue and it's great. Lots of padding and adjustable tilt. love love love!
