Top Cap will not hold. Easily removed. A simple semi-recessed o-ring would solve this problem and be worth every penny. I can't give 5 stars for that, the designers obviously ignored the functionality of the lids when designing them. If you leave this in the fridge and tip it over, it will likely come loose and the contents will squirt out. I was particularly disappointed with the top, even before I put the pancake batter in. However, please note that this is my first item of this type, I have never bought anything like this before. So I'm looking back on limited experience. However, it works. So here it is lol. But it's not a viable item for storing pancake batter overnight. No holes means faster soiling of the dough and more "leakage".
