Review on Universal Car Side Window Sun Shades - Privacy Black Blinds With Silk Satin Front Curtains - Keeps Car Cooler And Blocks Sun Glare - 2 Piece Set Ideal For Baby Sleeping And Auto Accessories by Robert Farrar

Good Block Out, Easy install

The back ones are better fitted for my Rav4, I assume this is because the back windows are more similar in structure then the windows in the front. My only complaint is that the front ones are not quite as large as a univeral fit would assume. They are just large enough to adjust where they fit (only a front window problem). Not perfect but the fabric is nice quality. Dense enough to block the majority of the sun but you can still tell that there is daylight out, not disorientating. However, no one can see the inside of the vehicle. The velcro is pretty sticky. It works best if you cut it in a few different strips instead of lining the entire door in a single pass. I have had a little velcro come up but nothing that doesnt stick right back down. Notable though, I do not yank these down or off of my window, I would assume this could drastically effect the life of the velcro. Its lasted the hot-ish summer in Washington without much problem.

Pros
  • Helps a lot so the car stays cooler when in stores shopping would definitely purchase again
Cons
  • The darker tint of the shades can impede visibility while driving, making it difficult to see the road and other vehicles
