It used to work fine

Half of the plastic blades I received needed trimming with a utility knife to ensure a clean edge. One was just warped and the others had what I assume scraps of material from where it was cast/molded. It was easy to scrape it off by running the blade of a utility knife over it, but they had to do that before shipping. I don't like working with tools that I buy straight out of the box.
