Bought a used set and the sprocket in one of the knobs had snapped off. I contacted the seller, sent a photo, they replaced it with a new set. A few weeks later, one of the newly shipped clamps broke the star. Once you set it up it's fine, but if you're doing a lot of detaching and attaching poles then this clamp should not be relied on. Customer service is excellent but the product is not suitable for frequent use. 2 stars.
