Functional whipped cream dispenser that is MOSTLY well-made with a sturdy Aluminum body. The only concerning part of it is the cylinder used to inject the N2O into device and hold the N2O canister on. While the rest of the device is made of Aluminum, this cylinder is made of plastic. While removing it to change the N2O canister, I noticed that some of the plastic threading gets scratched off by the Aluminum threading of the body during each removal and subsequent reattachment. This is likely to cause failure of the threads after many multiple changings of the N2O canister. It should have been made out of Aluminum as well, like the rest of the device is. This causes me to believe that this particular part of the product was either downgraded in an attempt to save money in manufacturing the product or, likely as planned obsolescence which is when a product or part of a product is deliberately made with a defect or with shotty materials so that it will break and either need to be fixed or replaced costing us, the consumers more in the long run than if they had made it correctly or with more durable materials.My suggestion: Purchase one with a metal N2O canister tank instead.
