The Haakaa pump saved me. I don't usually pump easily and using Haak while breastfeeding has allowed me to save some milk without the extra effort and time. On the other hand, the pump itself is very effective in combating fatigue and some additional problems during breastfeeding. The fact that it pumps straight into the bottle is amazing! However, I think this set should include a bottle cap and a nipple (no). This would make it a complete set and would also make a great gift set for expectant mothers. But haakaa rates his stuff fairly, so for the price it only makes sense to get this one. But if there is an "all inclusive" option then I would choose it.
