Good design - works great. BUT only 3 screws out of 11 were supplied (and no instructions so I used the picture in the ad). The ad says it can be assembled in 10 minutes with no tools - ha. It took me half an hour to find enough 5/16" bolts, nuts and washers (if I didn't have them it would be a 45- minute drive to the hardware store). You will need two wrenches to tighten the screws. And I put longer bolts with washers and locknuts on the pivot bolts to keep them from loosening in use. Good design, poor stock (although the box was torn so it's possible the screws came loose.
